Blood Mountain Cabins are rustic, no-frills cabins located high in the Appalachian Mountains of North Georgia, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and those looking for a way to get back to simpler times.

Located a short footpath away from the world famous Appalachian Trail and surrounded by the wilderness of the Chattahoochee  National Forest, we are near the top of Blood Mountain, over 3000 feet above sea level. 

We rarely see a temperature as high as 80°, even when the valleys below are in the mid-90's.

Located just off US 19/129, we are easy to reach and highways are well scraped during the winter snows,  so you will have no trouble getting to us.

There are restaurants and stores in the towns just a few miles away. And, our cabins have all  the modern conveniences that you will need, including:

• Central heat and air 

• Fireplace

• Full kitchen and bath

• Satellite TV

• All linens, toiletries and paper products provided
